How to get to
Carabao Island

From Caticlan Airport:
1. From Caticlan Airport (the closest airport in Carabao Island, Romblon), you’ll need to go to the Tricycle Terminal outside the Airport.
2. Catch a Tricycle going to Reclamation Area along Jetty Port, behind Navarro Hotel. (you need to tell the driver you are going to Hambil or Carabao Island NOT BORACAY).
3. From Reclamation Area, there are public boats that will take you directly to the island:
Boat Name/ Schedule/ Port of Arrival
“Celestial” & “Jose”– departs at 9:00 am – Said Port/ San Jose Port (20 minutes away from the Resort)
“Sean Matthew” – departs at 14:00 pm – Said Port/ San Jose Port (20 minutes away from the Resort)
“Sean Lance” – departs at 13:00 pm – Said Port/ San Jose Port (15 minutes away from the Resort)
The boat journey usually takes 45 minutes or an hour depending on the condition of the sea.
Please be advise to be in Reclamation Area earlier than the departure time of the boat.
4. Get a Motorbike from the Port to take you to Lanas Beach Resort.
From Kalibo:
– Take a van ride from any Caticlan Terminal in Kalibo, this will take you to Caticlan, Jetty Port.
– From Caticlan Jetty Port go to Reclamation Area which is 5 minutes walking, to catch the public boats going to Hambil (for locals) or Carabao Island.
– Pay ₱10.00 terminal fee and ₱100.00 Adult or ₱80.00 Student boat fare. (Boat name and timings are mentioned above in From Caticlan Airport Instruction)
– From Said-Port you arrived, We can arrange a Motorbike to pick up you up and take you to the Resort or You can just simply take Habal-Habal and tell the driver to take you to Lanas Beach Resort.
From Tablas Island, Romblon:
Via Air
– You can fly directly to Tablas Island, Romblon from Manila.
– From Tugdan Airport, you will need to ride a Jeepney to Santa Fe Port. From Santa Fe, there is a public boat that goes to Carabao Island at 08:30 am / 09:00 am / 13:00pm and 13:30 pm
– Boat will take you to Said-Port in Carabao Island. From there you can get a Motorbike that will take you to Lanas Beach Resort or we can arrange to pick you up.
Via Sea
– From Batangas Port there are ferries bound to Caticlan, Aklan and Tablas Island, Romblon. Travel time is 8-10 hours.
– From Caticlan (follow provided direction from the port of your arrival in Caticlan to Reclamation Area)
– From Tablas, you will need to ride a Jeepney to Santa Fe Port at the jeep terminal near Odiongan Public Market. From Santa Fe, there is a public boat that goes to Carabao Island at 08:30 am / 09:00 am / 13:00 pm and 13:30 pm
– Boat will take you to Said-Port in Carabao Island. From there you can get a Motorbike that will take you to Lanas Beach Resort or we can arrange to pick you up.
